London Collaborative Lawyers

London Collaborative Lawyers are a group of like minded specialist solicitors practicing Family Law independently in separate firms in the Central and Greater London areas. The members of the London Collaborative Lawyers are all solicitors qualified in England and Wales who are members of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association). They all subscribe to the Resolution Code of Practice. They practice totally independently of each other and have undertaken Collaborative Family Law Training to give their clients the opportunity of dealing with the resolution of their family disputes collaboratively, rather than going through the litigation process. One of the group can act for you and another lawyer in the group can act for your partner. The lawyers aim to work constructively with each other and their clients to reach agreement.
