We want you to be satisfied with our tools and services. If you are unhappy for any reason with our services, you can get a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. However, we do not issue partial refunds after the initial 30 days have passed.

Guidelines for requesting a refund

Please make sure to request the refund within 30 days of your purchase. No refunds will be granted after the initial 30 days have passed.

Note, we do not support refunds for subscription renewals.

  • If you purchased your subscription via OurFamilyWizard.com:​ You can submit a refund request through the button above.
  • If you purchased your subscription via Google Play Store:​ Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store. You'll need to request a refund directly through Google.
  • If you purchased your subscription via Apple App Store:​ Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store. You'll need to request a refund directly through Apple.
