Cafcass

The Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service (Cafcass) is dedicated to helping children and their best interests. Cafcass is independent of the Family Court system but is sponsored by the Ministry of Justice. They work under the rules of the courts as they work with children and families to advise the courts on what the best interests of the children are.
